Performance Assessment & Individual Progress Report

At Rucker Athletics, every athlete's development is important to us. Our Performance Assessment is designed to evaluate each child's current athletic abilities, including speed, agility, coordination, strength, endurance, balance, and sport-specific skills. This initial assessment establishes a baseline that allows our coaches to develop training strategies tailored to the athlete's individual needs and goals.

MOBILITY & RECOVERY

At Rucker Athletics, our Mobility & Recovery program is an essential part of every athlete's training and long-term development. This program focuses on improving flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and range of motion while promoting proper recovery after intense physical activity.

SWIMMING & RECOVERY

The Swimming & Recovery program at Rucker Athletics combines low-impact aquatic exercise with active recovery techniques to help athletes improve endurance, increase cardiovascular fitness, and accelerate recovery between training sessions. Water-based activities reduce stress on the joints while strengthening muscles, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body movement.

STRENGTH AND POWER

The Strength & Power Training program at Rucker Athletics is designed to help athletes build the strength, explosiveness, and physical endurance needed to perform at their highest level.

Through age-appropriate resistance training, functional movements, plyometric exercises, and core strengthening, athletes develop greater muscle strength, power, stability, and overall athletic performance.
